Eligibility

Membership to Bristol Festivals is currently free. In the past there has been a nominal fee to support the on going adminstration of the network. Once activity begins and becomes more regular these fees may be introduced.

Festivals and one-off live events taking place in the West of England are eligible to join.

Festival Membership is given on an organisational basis. Organisations can be represented by more than one employee. Freelancers are welcome to join if representing a festival or event. Membership fees will be calculated on the turnover of the festival or event, unless the organisation is representing more than one event; in this case membership will be calculated on the turnover of the organisation.

Bristol Festivals has given Submerge Festival a network of local peers to share information and best practice among, and as a relatively young festival it’s great to have experienced directors and producers all working together to make festivals in the city more connected.
