Bristol’s annual celebration of meat and music will return when Grillstock 2017 lands on the Harbourside in July.
Subject to licencing approval, the festival will once again see thousands of people enjoying barbecued and grilled food the way it should be, cooked slow and low in a Southern US style.
With some of the best BBQ chefs in the world heading to Bristol, and plans to lay on the usual diverse music line-up across various stages, the event should once again live up to its motto of ‘meat, music and mayhem’.
The 2017 festival will take place on Bristol’s iconic Harbourside on the weekend of July 1st-2nd.
Tickets are already on sale so it’s time to plan your Grillstock day. Tickets can be purchased for Saturday or Sunday or you can buy one to cover the whole weekend.
Special ‘Pit Crew’ tickets include entrance to the whole weekend, the chance to enjoy the Friday night ‘Firestarter’ party and drinks, food and merchandise vouchers.
More details will be announced as the festival draws near. See their website for more information.
