The Freedom of Mind Festival exists to open up discussions around mental health and wellbeing, aspects of life that are increasingly being debated and scrutinised.
Organisers will be holding events across Bristol to look at what all aspects of mental health mean, creating conversation, education and change in the process.
Everyone has mental health yet very often it gets ignored until we get into difficulties. Emotional challenges can affect anyone at any time in their life, and the Freedom of Mind team believe everyone should have the tools to help themselves and others improve their emotional wellbeing.
While this is an important topic, the festival, which ran in 2016 and 2017, features plenty of informal, interactive events and there will once again be a variety of sessions and talks along with live music.
The event is made possible by the hard work of many volunteers. If you want to join them, contact email@example.com
