Taking place throughout the month of May, Bristol Walk Fest 2017 is the UK’s largest urban celebration of getting out for a good stroll.
There will be walking events across Bristol, and organisers are encouraging people to do some sightseeing, find out more about their neighbourhoods while enjoying some fresh air and exercise in the process.
While some festivals are about indulging in a bit too much food and drink (but we all need that now and then,,,) Walk Fest 2017 is a great chance to have fun, meet people, get fit and find our more about the wonderful city of Bristol.
The festival features clearly graded walks and events to make sure there are sessions and routes for all ages and abilities, and will cover a wide range of themes, activities and interestes.
Not only is there something for everyone and most walks are free of charge.
